Account Manager – Client Success & Sales

About the role

The Account Manager is responsible for the overall success, growth, and retention of assigned client accounts. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will drive revenue, manage client relationships, and collaborate closely with recruitment and client success teams.

Key responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads into closed opportunities and allocate them to the appropriate recruitment or client success manager.
• Maintain and grow a sales pipeline using the existing framework, following up on old and current leads.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for assigned clients, building long‑term, trust‑based relationships.
• Understand client hiring objectives, manage expectations, handle escalations, and act on feedback to improve service delivery.
• Own revenue targets for managed accounts, protect profitability, and analyze lost deals to improve outcomes.
• Identify and pursue cross‑sell and upsell opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to pitch additional recruitment solutions.
• Coordinate recruitment teams to ensure alignment with client expectations, timelines, and priorities.
