Account Executive – Middle East SaaS Solutions

About the role

The Account Executive will drive growth and client retention for our Middle East portfolio of law firms, corporate legal teams, and government organisations. You will build long‑term relationships, maximise customer value, and identify opportunities to expand engagement with our SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Middle East accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute account plans to support renewals, expansion, and solution uptake.
• Build collaborative, consultative relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular client meetings, virtual reviews, and product demonstrations.
• Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver a consistent client experience.
• Monitor account health, usage insights, and feedback to address risks and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage renewal cycles and maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Contribute market insights and support regional growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in account management, renewals, and revenue growth within a SaaS or related environment (legal, compliance, professional services).
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding retention and account growth objectives.
• Self‑driven, organised, and able to manage a remote regional portfolio effectively.
