Account Executive – Middle East Portfolio

About the role

The Account Executive will drive growth and client retention across RELX's Middle East portfolio. You will build long‑term relationships with law firms, corporate legal teams, and government organisations, focusing on maximising customer value and expanding solution adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Middle East accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute account plans to support renewals, expansion, and solution uptake.
• Build collaborative, consultative relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular client meetings, virtual reviews, and product demonstrations to highlight value.
• Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver a consistent client experience.
• Monitor account health, usage insights, and feedback to address risks and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage renewal cycles and maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Contribute market insights and identify opportunities that support regional growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus but not required.
• Proven experience in account management, renewals, and revenue growth within a SaaS or related environment (legal, compliance, or professional services).
• Track record of meeting or exceeding retention and account growth objectives.
• Self‑driven, organised, and able to manage a remote regional portfolio effectively.
