Account Executive – Entry Level Advertising

About the role

This entry‑level Account Executive position is based in Johannesburg and supports the delivery of work for key client portfolios within an advertising agency. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, gaining exposure to strategic thinking, client partnership and creative development.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Account Management team in day‑to‑day client account activities, including communications, meeting agendas and presentations.
• Coordinate project workflows across strategy, creative and production, tracking timelines, deliverables and approvals.
• Assist in the delivery of integrated advertising campaigns (TTL, digital, social, content and design) and perform quality‑control checks on all outputs.
• Help with job setup, cost estimates and basic budget tracking under senior guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of scopes, timelines and project documentation.
