Account Executive – EMEA (Hybrid, Cape Town)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to drive growth of ApprovalMax’s B2B SaaS solution across the EMEA region. Based in Cape Town, the role is hybrid (2‑3 days a week in‑office) and focuses on acquiring and expanding SMB customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Prospect new SMB accounts across EMEA through phone, email, LinkedIn and Zoom outreach.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demos and full sales cycles from initial contact to closing.
• Manage inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities to grow revenue.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data in the reporting system.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to nurture accounts.
• Represent ApprovalMax at offline events 1‑2 times per quarter.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling B2B SaaS solutions to SMB customers.
• Strong track record of meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable operating in a hybrid environment and travelling as needed.
