职位概况

我们是一家专注于公共工程、商业设施及住宅施工的建筑公司，现招聘建筑施工管理岗位，支持员工在工作中兼顾个人兴趣。

主要职责

负责施工现场的进度、质量、安全管理。
协调各专业工种，确保项目按计划推进。
与业主、设计方及供应商保持沟通，解决现场问题。

任职要求

持有普通汽车驾驶证（1类）。
具备良好的沟通与团队协作能力。
积极主动，能够自我驱动完成工作。

必备技能

现场管理与施工组织能力。
熟悉建筑施工流程与安全规范。

我们提供

月薪25万日元起（含固定加班费），并提供资格、住宅、扶养津贴。
