24hr Flexi Sales & Customer Associate - Leratong City Mall

About the role

homechoice is looking for a flexible, 24‑hour Sales & Customer Associate to work in the Leratong City Mall showroom. You will be the front‑line representative, helping customers find the right homeware products, processing orders and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers on the showroom floor, understand their needs and convert interactions into sales.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits and promotions, ensuring accurate quoting and pricing.
• Capture orders, payments, refunds and credits accurately, maintaining compliant documentation.
• Support basic stock handling, floor replenishment and visual merchandising standards.
• Provide a professional, customer‑focused experience from product selection through after‑sales support.
• Adhere to cash‑handling, compliance and risk‑awareness procedures, escalating issues when needed.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) minimum.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a target‑driven environment.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Clear credit and criminal record.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication and attention to detail.
