1st Line Audit Support Agent

About the role

WNS South Africa, a Business Process Outsourcing provider operating since 2003, is hiring a 1st Line Audit Support Agent in Cape Town. The role involves conducting audits on a daily basis and handling assigned workflows so that productivity and accuracy KPIs are met.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out manual audits, validate questionable entries and edit the transaction log.
• Make calls when needed to validate entries.
• Ensure quick, efficient and accurate turnaround.
• Ensure all actions comply with data protection legislation.
• Create email and text templates to cover each potential scenario.
• Logged transactions count toward the transaction target.
• Perform additional auditing to track partners with unusually high volumes of cancelled transactions or increased or falsified end-of-month (EOM) logging.

Required profile

• 6 to 12 months of experience in BPM, customer service or back office operations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Understanding of how their work fits with the rest of the team.
• Ability to complete multi-step assignments.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
