12-Month Call Centre Learnership

About the role

This 12‑month Call Centre Learnership provides unemployed youth with hands‑on experience in a professional insurance call centre environment. Participants will develop core customer‑service skills while gaining insight into the financial and insurance sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Gain practical experience in a call centre setting, handling inbound and outbound communications.
• Support the delivery of customer service and insurance product information under supervision.

Required profile

• Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Initiative‑taking, professional engagement and adaptability to change.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress and communicate effectively.
• Self‑motivated with a desire to learn.
• Completed Matric/Grade 12; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent NQF qualification (essential).
• Computer literate, preferably with MS Office.
• South African citizen, aged 18‑35, unemployed in the last 6 months and not previously on a learnership.
