About the role

The NTT DATA Graduate Programme is designed to launch the careers of talented graduates by providing hands‑on work experience, structured learning, industry‑recognised certifications, mentorship and exposure to leading technology and business solutions. As an Associate Graduate you will work alongside experienced professionals on real business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to real business projects while working alongside experienced professionals and subject matter experts.
• Develop technical and professional capabilities through structured learning pathways, certifications, and on‑the‑job experience.
• Participate in operational and project activities relevant to your business unit or function.
• Apply theoretical knowledge to solve business challenges and support innovative solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders across the organisation.

Required profile

• Graduates (or graduating by Dec 2026) with a three‑year Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Recent graduates aged 26 or younger.
• Willingness to relocate to Johannesburg at own cost if not already based there.
• Unemployed graduate status as most internships require it.
