About the role
Rohlig‑Grindrod is offering a 12‑month Youth Employment Service (YES) learnership in logistics and freight forwarding, based at its Airport City office in Cape Town. The programme starts in 2027 and provides on‑the‑job training for unemployed matriculants.
Key responsibilities
- Learn freight forwarding and supply‑chain operations on the job.
- Assist customers in a demanding service environment.
- Work with the team to meet deadlines.
Required profile
- Matric with at least 50% in English and Mathematics.
- South African citizen, not older than 35.
- Currently unemployed and available immediately.
- Has not completed a YES Programme before.
