About the role
Rohlig‑Grindrod is offering a 12‑month Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme focused on logistics, freight forwarding and supply‑chain operations. The learnership starts in 2027 and is based at the company’s head office in Linbro Park, Johannesburg, providing on‑the‑job training for unemployed matriculants.
Key responsibilities
- Learn freight forwarding and supply‑chain processes through hands‑on experience.
- Assist customers in a demanding service environment and help meet deadlines.
Required profile
- Matric with at least 50% in English and Mathematics.
- South African citizen, not older than 35 and currently unemployed.
- Must not have completed a YES Programme before.
- Customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving skills are advantageous.
