Workshop Technician – Refurbishment & Repair

About the role

The Workshop Technician will join our service department to refurbish, service and clean copiers and printers for resale. The role is hands‑on, requiring a focus on quality and efficiency within a busy workshop environment.

Key responsibilities

• Refurbish, service and clean copiers and printers destined for resale.
• Repair devices booked into the workshop and prepare them for customer installations.
• Set up devices according to installation requirements.
• Refurbish second‑hand units for reuse as AR parts in the service department.
• Complete at least ten refurbishments per week, subject to availability.
• Strip and scrap returned devices following technical manager guidelines.
• Maintain a tidy and safe workshop on a daily basis.
• Participate in online product training and courses as directed by the technical manager.

Required profile

• Ability to meet a target of at least ten refurbishments per week.
• Willingness to undertake online training and follow technical manager instructions.
• Commitment to keeping the workshop clean and organized each day.
