About the role

We are looking for a Workshop Administrator to manage daily operations of our vehicle service workshop in Gqeberha. The role involves coordinating bookings, handling job cards, invoicing, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth workshop flow.

Key responsibilities

Workshop planning and making workshop bookings
Opening and invoicing job cards
Conducting post‑service calls and maintaining service spreadsheets
Managing vehicle administration, including bringing vehicles into stock
Processing invoices and basic accounting tasks
Handling parts administration and preparing quotations

Required profile

Minimum Matric qualification
Valid driver’s licence
Friendly, hospitable with excellent customer service skills
Well‑organized and able to work under pressure and interruptions
Basic accounting knowledge (debtors, creditors, VAT)
Proficiency in Excel
Flexibility to work overtime and every second Saturday morning
