Web Developer & Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Web Developer & Optimization Specialist to build, maintain, and enhance high‑performance WordPress websites for exterior cleaning businesses. This remote position focuses on delivering fast, SEO‑friendly, and conversion‑oriented sites that drive real business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clean, responsive WordPress sites using Elementor, Astra, and custom code.
• Translate designs or PSDs into SEO‑optimized pages.
• Improve Core Web Vitals, page load speed, and mobile usability.
• Implement schema markup and CRO‑focused structures.
• Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript issues.
• Collaborate with SEO and project managers to meet deadlines and client goals.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on WordPress development experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a remote team environment.
