Web Designer & UX‑UI Specialist

About the role

Khula Human Capital is seeking a talented Web Designer / UX‑UI Specialist to join a fast‑growing digital team in Cape Town. You will create intuitive, high‑performing digital experiences that drive conversion and enhance brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design from concept through delivery
• Produce wireframes, user flows and conversion‑focused interfaces
• Design and revamp WordPress and HTML websites
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
• Apply UX, SEO and data insights to improve user journeys
• Create digital assets such as mailers, campaigns and banners
• Develop GIF and HTML5 banners for digital campaigns
• Manage and update website content

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UX/UI or Web Design
• Strong understanding of UX principles and user journeys
• Proven track record designing user‑centered websites
• South African citizen residing in Cape Town or with reliable transport

What we offer
