About the role

As a Wealth Manager within the Private Wealth and Advisory Team, you will provide comprehensive financial services advice to high‑income clients, focusing on savings, investment, and estate planning. You will work in a dynamic environment that encourages curiosity and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Inform and educate clients on products and services to retain existing customers and grow the client base.
• Analyse client financial information to develop tailored financial plans and proposals.
• Formulate recommendations in cash management, risk mitigation, investment planning, and estate planning.
• Achieve sales and production targets by identifying opportunities for FirstRand‑approved investment and risk products.
• Review client portfolios regularly to adjust plans based on life, economic, or market changes.
• Provide regular reports on service delivery against agreed service level agreements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of FirstRand products, industry best practices, and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and estate planning concepts.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to clients.
• Proven track record of meeting sales and production targets.
• Commitment to compliance, risk management, and high‑quality advisory standards.
