Wealth Manager Assistant – Pretoria

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑driven Wealth Manager Assistant to support our wealth management team in Menlyn, Pretoria. The role ensures smooth administration of investment and retirement fund processes while providing excellent service to both existing and prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Process investment switches, withdrawals, Section 14 and Section 50 transfers for client portfolios.
• Prepare and manage documentation, liaise with product providers, and keep clients informed of transaction status.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and proactively chase outstanding client information.
• Support Wealth Managers with administration of living and life annuities, retirement annuities, preservation funds, discretionary investments, endowments and tax‑free savings investments.

Required profile

• Matriculation (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of investment or financial‑planning administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of retirement and preservation funds, annuities, discretionary investments, endowments and tax‑free savings products.
• Fluency in both Afrikaans and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and proactively manage client queries.
