Warehouse Assistant Manager – Events & Hospitality (English + Car)

About the role

The Warehouse Assistant Manager supports the Warehouse Manager in the events and hospitality sector, ensuring daily warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. The role is pivotal in preparing, dispatching and returning stock for events, while maintaining high standards of quality and coordination across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Pull event briefs from sales and distribute them to warehouse teams.
• Prepare bar, stock, glassware, equipment and iPad kits for each event.
• Participate in monthly stock counts, validate quantities and quality.
• Capture event details in the system, print and distribute stock, bar and equipment sheets.
• Coordinate with sales, FOH, BOH, finance, suppliers and events teams to ensure correct preparation and documentation.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager in supervising staff, resolving conflicts and leading by example.
• Process event returns, reconcile paperwork and report shortages.

Required profile

• Excellent command of English.
• Own car and valid driver’s licence.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
