About the role
Join a brand‑new restaurant in Polokwane as part of the launch team. You will deliver high‑quality dine‑in service, create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and help shape the store culture from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers professionally.
- Present menus, explain specials and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while checking customer satisfaction.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Process payments and handle customer complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and cashier teams.
Required profile
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer‑focused and service‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle conflicts.
- Emotional intelligence and professional presentation.
- Previous hospitality experience preferred.
- Good verbal communication skills.
