About the role
Fire & Vine is looking for highly motivated, professional and customer-focused waiters to join its front-of-house team. The restaurant offers a bustling, premium dining atmosphere, and the employer wants people who enjoy delivering exceptional hospitality.
Required profile
- A minimum of 2 years of waiting experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, polished manner.
- Solid understanding of menu navigation, upselling techniques and basic wine knowledge.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage several tables at once.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Reliable transport to and from the restaurant in Athlone Circle.
