About the role
Pedros is opening a brand-new restaurant in Polokwane and is recruiting a waiter to join its launch team. The role is entry level and focuses on delivering high-quality dine-in service and a positive customer experience. Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers professionally
- Present menus and explain specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve meals and beverages promptly
- Check customer satisfaction during service
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Process payments when required
- Manage customer complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas
- Coordinate with kitchen and cashier teams
Required profile
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts
