Wage Administrator – Durban

About the role

Indgro Outsourcing is seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organised Wage Administrator to join its dynamic team in Durban. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will ensure accurate and timely payment of wages every time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all administrative functions for weekly, fortnightly and monthly wage processing.
• Audit assignee and client files to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Liaise with the Finance Department regarding debtor and creditor payments.
• Perform reconciliations as required.
• Control stock and issue stock items.
• Prepare and submit management reports while maintaining accurate records in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) with Accounting and Mathematics subjects.
• Diploma in Payroll Management (NQF Level 3).
• MS Office Suite Certificate or proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Temporary Employment Services or contract cleaning payroll environment.
• Strong numerical, administrative and reconciliation abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
