Ultra-Heavy Vehicle Driver (Code 14) – Rustenburg

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Ultra‑Heavy Motor Vehicle (Code 14) driver to transport and distribute goods from our Rustenburg operation. The role involves operating super‑link trucks, loading and off‑loading cargo, and interacting with customers while adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and operate ultra‑heavy vehicles safely for each trip.
• Load, secure, transport and off‑load goods in accordance with the National Road Traffic Act.
• Conduct pre‑trip inspections and report any vehicle defects or emergencies.
• Operate tarpaulins and off‑loading equipment, ensuring proper housekeeping of the vehicle, uniform and PPE.
• Complete trip and delivery documentation and provide professional customer service.
• Follow company SOPs, safety procedures and supervisor instructions.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
• Valid Code EC driver’s licence and Professional Driving Permit (PrDP/DGP).
• Minimum three years’ experience driving ultra‑heavy vehicles with super‑link experience.
• Age 25 years or older, numerically and verbally literate, clean criminal record and safe driving record.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
