UI/UX Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking a UI/UX Product Designer to shape a high‑transaction platform used for real‑world financial operations. You will work closely with engineers and product managers to turn complex requirements into polished, build‑ready designs that scale.

Key responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Deliver build‑ready prototypes that minimise iteration cycles with engineering.
• Own the execution of our design system, including component libraries and pattern alignment.
• Collaborate with engineers on component build‑out and ensure system consistency.
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to balance user needs with technical constraints.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, product data, and research insights.
• Maintain high standards of usability, accessibility, and delivery quality.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Design, UX, HCI or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating system thinking and end‑to‑end delivery.
• Proven experience delivering build‑ready designs for complex SaaS, fintech or enterprise platforms.
• Solid understanding of front‑end applications and how designs translate into code.
• Excellent collaboration skills with engineers and product teams.

What we offer

• Annual salary range: R 650 000 – R 720 000
