UAT Specialist – User Acceptance Tester

About the role

We are looking for a UAT Specialist to ensure that new software releases meet business requirements and deliver a seamless user experience. You will work in a fast‑paced Agile environment on high‑volume platforms where quality and customer satisfaction are paramount.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements, user stories and use cases to define test scope.
• Develop, maintain and execute comprehensive manual test scripts and test cases for User Acceptance Testing.
• Validate system functionality, data integrity, UI workflows and integration points.
• Log, track and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Provide regular progress updates and risk assessments to project and business stakeholders.
• Create user documentation and support hand‑over to production environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing or User Acceptance Testing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall or iterative delivery models.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and business teams.
