Transfer Pricing Senior Manager

About the role

A leading professional services firm is looking for a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager with over five years of specialist experience. The role involves leading client portfolios, mentoring teams and delivering strategic tax solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a relationship manager of a portfolio of clients against individual and team Net Revenue targets.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring timely delivery to the highest technical standard.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching and mentoring to junior team members.
• Perform technical reviews of draft deliverables prepared by junior team members.
• Report to a Partner/Director and sign off client deliverables.
• Support the sales strategy of leadership.
• Manage project economics proactively.
• Ensure team adherence to internal risk‑management policies.
• Stay current with the evolving tax landscape through relevant technical training.

Required profile

• Experience advising multinational clients on OECD guidelines, SARS TP compliance, intercompany transactions, benchmarking, tax disputes, international tax and exchange control.
• Big 4 or corporate advisory experience preferred.
• Relevant professional qualification (admitted attorney and/or postgraduate tax studies); a post‑graduate tax qualification is ideal.
• 5+ years dedicated experience in Transfer Pricing.
