Training Specialist – DC Health (Sandton, JHB)

About the role

The DC Health Training Specialist will design, develop and deliver learning solutions for the Central Service Team and Integrated Business Solutions units in Sandton. You will be responsible for the full training cycle, from needs analysis through to impact measurement, ensuring that knowledge gaps are closed and performance is enhanced.

Key responsibilities

• Research and source internal and external training programmes that align with business needs.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis, design curricula, develop materials and deliver sessions.
• Provide practical application opportunities during and after training, and deliver formative and summative feedback.
• Maintain accurate training records, evaluate interventions and report impact to management.
• Coach staff to raise skill levels and support continuous performance improvement.
