Job description
Key responsibilities
- Under supervision, provides networking and telecommunications support.
- Under supervision, installs hardware and software.
- Under supervision, performs technical evaluations of hardware and software.
- Under supervision, provides a consultancy service to the Units.
- Under supervision, maintains the network and telecommunications infrastructure for the Municipality.
Required profile
- Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or a related qualification.
- Valid motor vehicle driving license.
- Applicants with prior government or private‑sector work experience/internship/WIL programmes of 12 months or more will not be considered.
