Toddler Teacher – Float

About the role

Cadence Education is seeking a vibrant Toddler Teacher – Float to join its team of caring educators. You will help create a warm, home‑like environment where infants and toddlers thrive while partnering with a dynamic staff to deliver a research‑based curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the team to set up a safe, engaging space for infants.
• Observe and share daily milestones with parents.
• Deliver age‑appropriate, curiosity‑driving activities alongside fellow educators.
• Follow each child’s cues, ensuring safety and enriching play with language and toys.
• Model positive behavior and serve as a role model for the youngest learners.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Meets all state preschool teacher requirements.
• Flexible availability during business hours.
• Preferred experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare; Infant/Toddler certification is a plus.
