Test Analyst

About the role

This role requires a professional with extensive experience across both traditional and Agile software development lifecycles. The focus is on test automation, measurement, and delivering high‑quality solutions through strong technical and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive test processes, partnering with development and other disciplines.
• Build and maintain comprehensive QA test environments.
• Create and manage QA schedules and quality‑related metrics.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for quality analysis, testable design, and deployment.
• Design, set up, and maintain automated test frameworks, tools, and scripts for CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate in a fast‑paced Agile environment, ensuring adherence to SDLC phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering high‑quality software solutions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (mandatory).
• Performance or stress testing experience is a plus.
• Relevant quality‑assurance or engineering certifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
