About the role
We are looking for a driven Telesales / Lead Generator to create new business opportunities for our client in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will work in a high‑energy environment, making outbound calls, qualifying leads and setting appointments with prospective customers.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Handle objections professionally and close appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly target metrics.
Required profile
- Previous experience in telesales, call centre or lead generation.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
- Confident, professional telephone manner.
- Target‑driven with a proactive mindset.
- Basic computer literacy.
Required skills
- CRM (experience advantageous).
