Telesales Consultant – Insurance Call Centre

About the role

We are looking for three enthusiastic Telesales Consultants to join our insurance call‑centre team in Cape Town. The role is based in a hybrid workplace, combining office collaboration with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using our automated dialler system.
• Present and sell insurance products, following the training and accreditation provided.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle enquiries professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a telesales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Based in Cape Town.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Required skills

• Experience using automated dialler systems.
