Telesales Business Development Manager

About the role

Unbridaled Al is an AI‑driven diamond marketplace looking for a results‑focused Telesales Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for expanding the platform’s customer base across the jewelry and diamond manufacturing sectors, driving acquisition through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard retail jewelers, designers and diamond manufacturers to the marketplace.
• Conduct cold‑calling campaigns and travel as needed to meet and close prospective customers.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract and convert new users.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, negotiations and closures using the company CRM.
• Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers and act as a brand ambassador for Unbridaled Al.
• Provide regular sales activity reports and use data‑driven insights to refine tactics and meet targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience.
• Fluent, well‑spoken English.
• Strong understanding of the diamond market (advantageous).
• Existing professional network of diamond retailers (advantageous).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management.
