Telesales Agent – Inbound & Outbound

About the role

Würth South Africa is seeking a motivated Telesales Agent to handle both inbound and outbound calls, representing the brand and driving sales. The role involves engaging existing customers and prospecting new ones while providing after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound telephone sales, including cold calling and after‑sales service.
• Provide customer service and support marketing initiatives.
• Process orders and manage related administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate customer data and records.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and commission goals.
• Process credit notes and resolve customer queries.
• Promote focus products and special offers on every call.

Required profile

• Reside within a 30 km radius of the Kempton Park head office.
• Minimum six months of telesales experience.
• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• South African citizenship with a clear criminal and credit record.
• Strong English communication skills; Afrikaans is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet high call targets.
• Well‑organized with strong administrative abilities.
