Telesales Agent - Inbound and Outbound

About the role

Würth South Africa is looking for a talented, vibrant, highly motivated and disciplined Telesales Agent who will represent the company as a brand ambassador and offer sales services to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound telephone sales, including cold calls and after‑sales service.
• Customer service and marketing activities.
• Order processing and administration.
• Customer data maintenance.
• Achieving sales targets.
• Processing credit notes.
• Resolving customer queries.
• Promoting focus products and specials on every call.

Required profile

• Resides within a 30 km radius of Montague Gardens.
• Minimum six months of telesales experience.
• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook; experience with sales and order‑processing software.
• Well‑organized with strong administrative skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet high call targets.
• Team player, highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• South African citizen, well‑spoken English; Afrikaans is an advantage.
• No criminal record or charges and a clear credit history.
