Telesales Agent – Durban

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Telesales Agent to join our Durban team. In this role you will make outbound calls, promote our products and services, and close sales over the phone while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Present and promote products or services to generate interest.
• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Goal‑oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant telesales experience.
