Telesales Agent – Drive Sales for Security Solutions

About the role

We are looking for motivated Telesales Agents to promote Titan Secure’s security and tracking solutions over the phone. In this role you will engage prospective and existing customers, turn leads into contracts, and help grow the company’s revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing customers to present Titan Secure products and services.
• Convert inbound and outbound sales opportunities into successful sales.
• Explain product benefits, pricing structures, and service features clearly and professionally.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, dealership referrals, and internal databases.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within internal systems.
• Achieve individual monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Escalate complex customer queries where required.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Titan Secure’s product offering and market positioning.

Required profile

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
• Previous telesales, call centre, or direct sales experience (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident telephone manner and ability to engage customers effectively.
• Target‑driven with a strong sales orientation.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work on CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
