Telesales Agent (Automotive Parts)

About the role

An established automotive parts supplier is seeking an enthusiastic, target‑driven Telesales Agent to join its sales team in Cape Town. The role focuses on contacting existing and prospective customers, promoting parts, and converting enquiries into sales while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing and prospective customers to promote and sell automotive parts.
• Achieve individual and monthly sales targets.
• Process enquiries, quotations, and sales orders accurately.
• Follow up on quotations and convert them into confirmed sales.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the sales system.
• Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in the automotive parts industry.
• Strong telesales and customer service abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Clear criminal record.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from R9,315 to R11,440 per month.
• Additional 3% commission on total sales.
