Technology Solutions Specialist - MASC

About the role

The Technology Solutions Specialist – MASC will design, advise and oversee the implementation of integrated electronic security and fire detection systems for clients. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring optimal product selection, cost‑effective solutions and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and technical evaluations to define appropriate security solutions.
• Design integrated electronic security and fire detection systems aligned with client needs and industry standards.
• Select suitable products (CCTV, access control, fire detection, gas suppression, intrusion detection, electric fencing) ensuring sustainability and cost efficiency.
• Provide technical support and advisory services to sales, operations and clients.
• Develop and implement standardized installation processes and best practices.
• Oversee small to large‑scale installations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Manage customer relationships and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve advanced technical problems.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend product improvements.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports and handover materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic security and fire detection system design and installations.
• Proven ability to manage projects of varying scale and deliver solutions within budget and schedule.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
