Technician – Maintenance & IT Systems

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technician with extensive knowledge of maintenance systems and technical processes. The role will support productivity improvements and enhance the efficiency of our technical systems. You will work with IT hardware components, perform software installations, and support networking systems within our retail environment. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Required skills

• CompTIA A+ certification (Essentials and Core)
• IT hardware components repair
• Software installation experience
• Networking systems knowledge (advantageous)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
