About the role
Turnstar’s Cape Town branch is seeking a qualified Technician to install, maintain and repair its product range. The role supports both Turnstar and, occasionally, competitor products, ensuring customer expectations for delivery, quality and cost are met.
Key responsibilities
- Efficiently install, maintain and repair Turnstar products according to customer orders.
- Meet or exceed delivery, quality and cost targets set by clients.
- Provide technical expertise and act as an extension of the head‑office service team on site.
- Assist sales with quotations and manage minimum stock components for repairs.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
Required skills
- Product installation.
- Documentation control.
- Report writing.
