Technical Reporting Analyst (AI) – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Technical Reporting Analyst with hands‑on experience in AI platforms to support a leading independent asset management firm. The analyst will deliver timely client reports, maintain audit‑ready records, and continuously improve reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, produce and validate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, valuations and ad‑hoc client deliverables.
• Generate quarter‑end analysis and statistical data for internal and client use.
• Maintain audit logs of report distribution and support client operations administration.
• Liaise with Client Managers, Portfolio Managers, Performance and Attribution teams.
• Keep Salesforce data up‑to‑date and assist Transition Managers with new client onboarding and restructures.

Required profile

• A relevant degree; investment‑management certification is a plus.
• Minimum two years of industry or operations experience in financial markets.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments and products.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to optimise workflows.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with AI platforms and tools for workflow optimisation.
• Exposure to Power BI and SQL or similar programming languages.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.
