Technical Project Manager – Infrastructure & MSP Onboarding

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead infrastructure and onboarding projects for a US‑based IT consulting and Managed Service Provider serving mid‑size enterprises, primarily in the healthcare sector. This full‑time remote position acts as the backbone of project delivery, ensuring tasks are tracked, dependencies are managed, and client expectations are met.

Key responsibilities

• Break down complex infrastructure and onboarding goals into daily actionable tasks and monitor progress.
• Drive accountability across internal and external technical teams, ensuring ticket updates and blocker removal.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end client onboarding, including discovery, environment scoping, endpoint deployment, and transition to live support.
• Identify, map, and manage project dependencies and risks across multiple concurrent projects.
• Validate technical deliverables such as cloud migrations, network setups, and cybersecurity implementations before client sign‑off.
• Provide clear status reports to clients and internal executives.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of project management experience within an MSP or IT services environment.
• Proven track record managing deployments for Microsoft 365 migrations, cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), cybersecurity, network overrides, and endpoint rollouts.
• Expertise in Critical Path Method, dependency mapping, and multi‑project resource scheduling.
