Technical Project Manager – CRM Solutions (Remote, South Africa)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to act as the bridge between our international clients and internal technical teams. Based in South Africa and working remotely, you will lead end‑to‑end CRM implementations, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective GoHighLevel solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to capture detailed workflows, operational processes, and CRM requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear technical documentation for development and implementation teams.
• Plan, monitor, and manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee the configuration, automation, and deployment of CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal technical teams, facilitating smooth communication.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Support post‑implementation optimization and adoption of CRM workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience with GoHighLevel and other CRM platforms in a professional setting.
• Strong understanding of CRM workflow automation and business process mapping.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document detailed client requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills with a client‑focused mindset.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working remotely with teams across time zones, especially U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
