Technical Project Lead – Infrastructure & Networking

About the role

Halo Recruiting is seeking a Technical Project Lead to manage infrastructure and networking projects for US‑based clients. The role is fully remote and operates on an EST schedule, with flexibility for off‑hours deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data‑center upgrades, network implementations (switches, firewalls) and cloud migrations.
• Develop detailed implementation plans, timelines and risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and minimal downtime.
• Perform post‑implementation validation, testing and handoff to support teams.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and deployment processes.

Required profile

• Strong experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Proven track record delivering infrastructure rollouts and migrations for mid‑market to enterprise clients in the USA or UK.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and anticipate risks.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
