Technical & Procurement Manager – Table Grapes

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Technical & Procurement Manager to lead supply growth, quality management, and grower relationships within their local table grape division. The role combines deep technical knowledge of table grapes with strong commercial acumen to ensure reliable product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the expansion of the grower network and secure new supply sources.
• Manage quality standards and align product availability with customer and market requirements.
• Maintain and develop long‑term relationships with table grape growers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate technical specifications into procurement strategies.
• Travel extensively across the region to assess and support growers.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years’ procurement experience in the table grape industry.
• Established relationships with table grape growers and suppliers.
• Advanced technical knowledge of table grapes.
• Strong commercial mindset and proven track record of sourcing new supply.
