About the role
The Technical Advisor will provide technical support and service delivery to farmer clients regarding OVK’s livestock data collection and analysis solutions. The role focuses on assisting producers with the use of OVK Pro Livestock products and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical services to livestock producers.
- Deliver technical support and service for OVK Pro Livestock data collection and analysis products.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Manage administrative tasks related to service delivery.
Required profile
- Secondary qualification in Agriculture.
- Strong administrative abilities.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Basic programming or coding knowledge is advantageous.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Basic programming/coding skills.
- General computer skills.
