Tech Officer: Onsite Technician

About the role

The Tech Officer – Onsite Technician will install, maintain and service BCXP customer sites within the fuel industry. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality onsite support in line with project charters and contractual SLAs, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite support according to SLA commitments, aiming for a 95% SLA compliance each month.
• Maintain monthly productivity of at least 80% and reduce average call time to 120 minutes.
• Complete and submit all required documentation for each call or project within allocated time.
• Communicate status updates and feedback to clients promptly.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to achieve client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Grade 12 National Diploma (NQF 4) or equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience in PC and related hardware support within the fuel industry.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to attend industry‑specific training.
• Professional memberships or certifications such as A+ and N+ are preferred.
