Team Leader – Partner Operations

About the role

The Partner Services Networks Team Leader will lead the Networks team responsible for servicing, maintaining and growing Vitality’s clinical and fitness partner networks. This role provides operational oversight across multiple network streams, ensures high‑quality service delivery, resolves escalations promptly and aligns activities with business objectives through strong stakeholder engagement, including senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Networks team to meet turnaround‑time (TAT) and quality targets.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of clinical and fitness partner networks.
• Ensure seamless partner and member experiences across all touchpoints.
• Resolve escalations efficiently and maintain service standards.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align network activities with strategic goals.
• Drive sustainable network growth through partner enablement and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate project implementation and support strategic initiatives within Partner Operations.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing a team in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
• Ability to meet and exceed TAT and quality performance metrics.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Experience in partner or network operations, preferably within health, wellness or fitness sectors.
